Because each valuation involves computational processing and certificate generation, refunds are limited.
1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- A technical error prevented certificate generation
- Duplicate payment occurred
- System malfunction prevented completion
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
2. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued solely because:
- The user disagrees with the valuation range
- The user expected a higher estimate
- Market outcomes differ from estimate
Art valuation involves subjective factors and probabilistic modeling.
