ArtCertify provides AI-generated structured resale estimates based on user-submitted images and information.
ArtCertify:
- Does not authenticate artwork
- Does not provide formal appraisals
- Does not provide insurance valuations
- Does not guarantee resale value
All outputs are informational estimates only.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate information
- To upload only images and documents you have the right to share
- Not to misuse or attempt to manipulate valuation outputs
3. No Guarantee of Value
Market conditions, buyer interest, and authenticity verification can materially impact actual resale value.
ArtCertify makes no guarantees regarding future sale price.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ArtCertify shall not be liable for:
- Financial loss resulting from reliance on valuation outputs
- Authentication disputes
- Sale outcomes
- Market fluctuations
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific valuation.
5. Payment Terms
Valuations are provided upon successful payment via Stripe.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, software, and certificate formats are the property of ArtCertify.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded images.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
